Who we are

Peak Sim Racing is a sim racing center opening Fall 2026 on South Broadway in Denver, Colorado.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, you give us:

• Your first name
• Your email address

When you visit our website, we and our hosting provider automatically receive limited technical information, including:

• Your IP address
• Your browser type and device information
• The pages you visit on our site
• The date and time of your visit

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on our website.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Confirm your signup and add you to our waitlist
• Send you updates about our opening, early access, and the Founding Member program
• Respond to questions or requests you send us
• Keep our website secure and functioning
• Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not use your information for targeted advertising or profiling.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the waitlist and website. These providers only receive the information they need to do their job, and they are not allowed to use it for any other purpose.

• Resend sends our waitlist confirmation and update emails on our behalf. Resend receives your name and email address.
• Vercel hosts our website and processes form submissions. Vercel receives your name, email address, and the technical information listed above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until one of the following happens:

• You unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information
• One year after Peak Sim Racing opens, if you have not become a customer by then

We may keep limited records longer when required by law or to resolve disputes.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of information that is inaccurate
• Request deletion of your information

To make any of these requests, email us at privacy@peaksimracing.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where required, within the time frames set by applicable law.

Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a portable copy of their personal data, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data and we do not use personal data for targeted advertising.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information, including using reputable service providers, limiting access to customer data to people who need it, and requiring strong passwords and two-factor authentication on accounts that hold customer data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website and waitlist are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us at privacy@peaksimracing.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business grows and our services change. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email.
